App Store purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please use Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
Our apps do not use user accounts. Your data is stored on your device and, when enabled, synchronized through your private iCloud container. To remove all data, delete the app from your device; this also removes any associated iCloud data after a short period.
