MCA Works, LLC ("we," "us") develops iOS applications. This policy describes how our apps handle your information. We designed our apps to minimize data collection and to keep your information on your device wherever possible.
Our apps do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not require you to sign in to use our apps.
All data you enter into our apps — including professional license details, activity records, schedules, and journal entries — is stored locally on your device.
Some of our apps offer optional synchronization across your Apple devices using iCloud. When enabled, your data is stored in your private iCloud container and is accessible only to you. We do not have access to data stored in your iCloud container. You may disable iCloud synchronization at any time in iOS Settings.
Our apps do not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. We do not use cross-app or cross-device identifiers.
Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized App Store analytics (such as download counts and crash reports). This information is not linked to individual users and is governed by Apple's privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
